From Saltspring to Superflux: Take a walk around the block with the developers and architects behind the award-winning Fort Common District. Learn the history of this adaptive reuse project and the stories behind the local entrepreneurs running the businesses that make this part of downtown Victoria so great to visit. This walking tour will start in the Fort Common “hidden courtyard” and take you into 7 businesses on the block, including retail, restaurants, and the design studio of Cascadia Architects. The focus will be on the stories of these businesses, the interior designs of the spaces, and may include some opportunities to taste some local products.
