The Design Trail is our curated selection of well designed places around the city.
Walking into the Parsonage Cafe is like inhabiting a warm cuppa. The welcoming and familiar interior was designed by Vancouver-based Studio Roslyn, who replicated much of the seating plan from the much-loved original Parsonage location. The new design references Japanese minimalism and mid-century Austrian offices, using 5 varieties of timber.
